i want too work at a daycare in akron?
i need too get a job at a daycare for my high school elective!!! but it seems like everyone only hires at 18!!! and im only 17!! any ideas???

Volunteer at the daycare instead of becoming an employee. Tell the daycare what you need- you are doing this for a high school elective- and they will help you out. They want people who are serious about becoming child care workers, and they always will take free help. If it's for high school, they are interested in you getting experience and education about daycare. They aren't interested if you get paid.

You have to be 18 to count as ratio. Contact centers with your teachers help, and you just might have to volunteer. Some centers will pay a small stipend for your help. You just can't be alone with the kids, ever, till you are 18.
